Model Peace Summit launches as an independent global movement for student-led peace education. King's College India, Rohtak, confirmed as inaugural host partner.
Inaugural summit announced
The inaugural Model Peace Summit will take place at King's College India, Rohtak, September 23–26, 2026. Expressions of interest are now open for schools and delegations.
The four-day, student-centred forum will bring together international school students to engage with global challenges in peace, dialogue and cooperation. The programme will combine structured dialogue, negotiation, skills-based workshops, wellbeing and reflection, culminating in a shared Peace Declaration developed by students.
Schools wishing to participate can express their interest to receive full details, participation fees, delegation guidelines and preparatory materials.
Model Peace Summit launches
Model Peace Summit launches as an independent global movement for student-led peace education. King's College India, Rohtak, has been confirmed as the inaugural host partner for a summit in September 2026.
MPS is built on the principle that students lead at every level: they design the dialogue, lead negotiations and shape outcomes. The framework includes conflict resolution, peacebuilding dialogues, moot court, negotiation forums, speaker platform, case studies, seminars and wellbeing. Educators and institutions provide space and support; young people drive the change.
